The rules for using LearnLife.

LearnLife (learnlife.online) is a self-paced life-skills learning service covering money, law, emotions and everyday decisions through lessons, games, simulators and live sessions. It is operated by Joshua Dunn; "we" and "us" refer to him. The app is hosted on the Base44 platform. You can reach us through the contact form.

You need an account to use the learning areas of the app. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.

You must be an adult, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account and subscribe. A guardian who creates learner profiles for children is responsible for those profiles and for supervising the child's use of the service.

Full access is sold as a monthly subscription. The current price is $19 USD per month, shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $19 and the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Checkout and card processing are handled by Wix Payments through Base44's payments integration, on a hosted payment page. We never see or store your full card number. Prices may change; we will tell you before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the account menu after you sign in. Cancelling turns off renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

Deleting your account from the account menu cancels an active subscription immediately and removes your account data as described in our privacy policy.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded and we don't give credits for partly used months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the contact form and we will look into it.

LearnLife teaches general life skills. Lessons, games and simulators about money, taxes, credit, law, insurance, health and emotions are for education only. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or mental-health advice, and simulators use simplified examples. For decisions about your own situation, talk to a qualified professional.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or bypass its security or payment checks, no scraping or copying course content for redistribution, no harassment in live sessions or chat, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content you submit, such as a testimonial, stays yours, but you allow us to display it in the service. Course material, games and the LearnLife name belong to us or our licensors.

We work to keep LearnLife available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove courses and features. If we stop offering the service, we will cancel active subscriptions so you are not billed again.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for material changes we'll give notice in the app or by email before they apply.
